3 medium tomatoes
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese 250g
1/2 cup basil leaves
3 tbsps olive oil
4 tsps balsamic vinegar sugar free
- Cut up the tomatoes and mozzarella into large slices.
- Place 1 slice of tomato with another mozzarella, and then add a slice of basil.
- Drizzle the entire dish with vinegar and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with a little salt.
- Chill for at least one hour for better texture.
